Residential Cleaning
Every home is different when it comes to achieving the owners' desired cleanliness. To ensure a thorough, detailed clean to all clients, we charge a fixed rate of $35/hour for all homes, apartments, condos, etc.
Commercial Cleaning
At Freshhh Clean LLC, we understand commercial buildings are different than someone's lovely home. So instead of an hourly rate, we charge a set price based off an initial walkthrough. This prevents any surprises your business may have while still providing a thorough and detailed clean every time!
Travel Fee / Employee Payroll
At Freshhh Clean LLC, we strive for greatness. And we believe in providing full transparency of our operations!
It's important that you take notice of our travel fees as they are the only added fee that comes with our standard cleaning services.
These fees are only necessary to cover our employee's time and gas that are spent traveling to our clients' locations.
It is top priority for us that we are both hiring great employees and paying them sufficiently for the great work they do!
So not only are they getting paid competitor leading minimum wages of $25/hour after completing their thorough training, but they're also obtaining any tips they may have earned, and the full travel fee pictured down below.
Travel Fee Cost:
0 - 15 min drive -> $0 Fee
16 - 30 min drive -> $5 Fee
31 - 45 min drive -> $10 Fee
