What cleaning supplies do I need to provide for my cleaner?

None! Freshhh Clean LLC provides all supplies, tools, products, etc.

How is time documented during the clean?

The time is documented by the employee doing the cleaning. 

Why am I paying an hourly rate vs a set price?

As humans, we make mistakes, messes, and get overwhelmed at times. Sometimes there are spills, stains, or areas that need extra TLC. Other times you may not have enough time to tidy prior to the scheduled clean. In these circumstances extra time is needed to perform our clean to the best of our ability. Charging an hourly rate helps give our clients an honest, thorough, and detailed clean every time!

When do I pay for the services?

With Freshhh Clean LLC, you pay after the services are complete. You will be sent an invoice at the end of the month regarding all previous cleans. Invoices are due 14 days after they're sent.

Is there a fee for cancellation?

To prioritize the time Freshhh Clean employees dedicate to their clientele, there is a cancellation fee of $10 if cancelled under 14 days before the scheduled clean.

What are my payment options?
